I have placed an order 2 weeks ago, I never received it. I emailed the customer service, no response for a week. They do not even have a contact number on the website and they never check their emails. I reached out to them on instagram and the bot they have provided on the website, it has been 3 days since I am trying to get in touch with them. They replied once and disappeared. I asked for a refund because I never received my product. Haven’t received my money back yet. I was extremely excited to try an innovative Indian brand but this was the worst experience. This is the reason Indian brands are not making big globally.
