I placed a prepaid order with 52 Sundaze and it has been an absolute nightmare. For days, I’ve been getting messages from their courier partner (Ecom Express) claiming my order is “out for delivery,” yet no one has contacted me or attempted to deliver it even once. After each fake update, I receive a message saying the delivery failed.
I’ve tried calling the numbers provided—they either reject the call or have blocked me. Despite reaching out to 52 Sundaze multiple times, all I’ve gotten are generic, unhelpful replies with zero real action taken.
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If you’re expecting timely delivery and professional handling of your order, look elsewhere. I would not recommend shopping from this brand until they seriously fix their logistics and support.
